  • Which areas do you service?
    HoneyHood Mobile currently services Las Vegas, Nevada | San Diego, California | Temecula, California | as well as the surrounding areas.
  • Do you offer group or bridal packages?
    Yes, we offer customized packages for groups, bridal parties, and special events. Contact us for more details and to create a package that suits your needs.
  • What services are offered?
    HoneyHood Mobile offers a wide variety of hair styles and different makeup looks all catering around your natural beauty.
  • How do I book and send a payment?
    You will book online through our Book Online section. From there you will be sent an invoice which a deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. The invoice will also include the deadline for the remainder amount.
  • Is there a travel fee?
    Yes, there is a minimum fee of $15 which is subject to change with the quantity of services and/or the distance from the main point of each location.
  • What should I do if I need to cancel or change my booking?
    Please notify us at least 15 days in advance if you need to cancel or change your booking. Cancellations with less than 15 days' notice will result in a 50% deposit retention
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor the delivery status of your package
